Heroshini Komali


Ramadugu Heroshini Komali is an upcoming Indian actress working in Telugu and Tamil film industries. Hailing from Khammam, Telangana, she made her film debut with a minor role in A aa directed by Trivikram Srinivas in 2016. Even before entering the film field, she was popular in the Telugu states as the eldest of the two sisters, popularly known as Komali Sisters, who were known for their mimicry shows. Heroshini and her younger sister, Devarshini Komali became household names as Komali sisters thanks to TV shows such as Naa Show Naa Ishtam on ETV Plus and Navvutala on TV9 Telugu. The sisters have also been popular anchors for Telugu shows across the world.
She took a four-year break from her mimicry programmes to groom herself for a bigger role in Telugu cinema. During the period, she completed her BA in Mass Communication from St Mary's College, while also taking up a theatre acting course to learn the nuances of dialogues and dubbing and a body transformation programme for professional actors in Telugu film industry.
Heroshini Komali was cast as Kantamaneni Uma Maheshwari in , a 2019 Indian Telugu language biographical film, based on the real life and acting career of N. T. Rama Rao. She made her debut in Tamil in 2020 as the main lead in Utraan alongside Roshan Udayakumar and Priyanka Nair.
