postganglionic varicosities
.
GVE
fibers
may be either sympathetic or
parasympathetic
.
The cranial nerves
containing
GVE fibers include the
oculomotor nerve
, the
facial nerve
, the
glossopharyngeal nerve
and the
vagus nerve
.
