Yuri Chursin was born in Priozersk, Karaganda Region, Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic, Soviet Union, in the Russian family of a soldier.
In 1997 he graduated from the Lyceum № 17 of the city of Khimki, Moscow Oblast.
