William Brisson
William D. Brisson is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly, representing the state's 22nd House district since 2006. On October 25, 2017 Brisson announced his intention to switch from the Democratic Party to the Republican Party.
During the 2016 legislative session, Brisson was one of 11 Democrats to vote in favor of HB2, the controversial "Bathroom Bill."
