Wiktor Arkin


Wiktor Arkin - ophthalmologist from Poland. He was born on April 8, 1894 in Warsaw and died on January 7, 1982 in Warsaw. He graduated from the University of Warsaw. He was awarded the Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
