Vyacheslav Tsoy - physician and actor from Russia. He was born on January 11, 1948 in Tashkent Region and died on July 28, 1995 in Saint Petersburg. He graduated from the Saint Petersburg State Medical University. He was awarded the Master of Sport of the USSR.
