Vigerslev
Vigerslev was a working-class neighborhood and is part of Valby, Copenhagen, Denmark. The area was dominated by a large industrial zone and Grøntorvet, the capital´s fruit and veg wholesale market in the 1990´s but has since become a desirable place to purchase apartments and family homes. The Russian Embassy has diplomatic buildings on Vigerslev Alle near Gladbovej.
, the British Entrepreneur who worked at the in Høje Taastrup, lived in Vigerslev from 1996-2000. His company VirusMan was famed for detecting unexplained internet traffic from Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia prior to the 9/11 terrorist attacks in New York and Washington. His actions in alerting international law enforcement agencies are to be found in a forthcoming book called Colourful Sails of Pyramids.
The area is connected with S-train and bus Number 21.
