Vasily Filin
Vasily Filin - person from Soviet Union. He was born on January 15, 1901 in Tula Governorate and died on August 17, 1966 in Odessa. He graduated from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia. He was awarded the Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky, 2nd class, the Order of Kutuzov, 2nd class, the Order of the Badge of Honour, the Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky, 1st class, the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner, the Jubilee Medal "XX Years of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army", the Medal "For the Defence of Leningrad", the Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", the Order of Suvorov, 2nd class.
