USM Blida


Union Sportive Madinat Blida, known as USM Blida or simply USMB for short, is a football club based in the city of Blida. The club was founded in June 1932 and its colours are green and white. Their home stadium, the Brakni Brothers Stadium, has a capacity of 10,000 spectators. The club is currently playing in the Ligue Nationale du Football Amateur.

History

On 16 June 1932 the club was officially founded with the name Union Sportive Musulmane Blidéenne, and began competing in the Third Division League Football Association of Algiers. They played their first official match on 24 Septembre 1933 in the first round of North African Cup.
