Timothy Donnelly


Timothy Donnelly is an American poet.

Life

He earned his BA from The Johns Hopkins University and his MFA in Poetry from Columbia University's MFA in Creative Writing program.
He is an associate professor at Columbia University. He became a poetry editor for the Boston Review in 1996. He later resigned from the Boston Review in protest over their handling of #metoo allegations against Junot Díaz, the fiction editor at the journal.
Donnelly is the author of Twenty-Seven Props for a Production of Eine Lebenszeit, and The Cloud Corporation.
