Thapathali Campus
IOE Thapathali Campus is one of the four constituent engineering campuses of Institute of Engineering, which is an independent institution for engineering studies of Tribhuvan University. It is located at the center of Kathmandu city, was established in 2023 B.S. to develop middle level manpower in the field mechanical and automobile engineering which upgraded its programs to bachelor and master level along the course of time.
For bachelor studies, it offers Industrial engineering, Automobile engineering, Civil engineering, Computer engineering Electronics Communication and Information engineering, Mechanical engineering and Architecture. It offers courses in Masters of Science Earthquake engineering as well as Masters of Science in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing.
It is a governmental college and funded by the Government of Nepal. Students who have passed an entrance exam conducted by IOE are allowed to apply for admission. Students are admitted by priority selection according to their score in IOE entrance exam.Location
