Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department
The Superintendent of Police for the Chicago Police Department is the head of the Chicago Police Department.
The post is currently held by David Brown who first took office on April 15, 2020.
This position, in its current iteration, has existed as the head of the Chicago Police Department since 1960.
