Stockley Park


Stockley Park is a business estate in the parish of Harlington, located between Hayes, Yiewsley and West Drayton in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
It is home to companies and studios such as Video Assistant Referee hub and Premier League Productions for the Premier League, Apple Inc., Gilead Sciences, Canon Inc., Sharp Corporation, Marks and Spencer and GlaxoSmithKline.

History

Stockley Park was built upon a tip that was used by Londoners who would load barges on the canal and come to tip the industrial and private waste from West London. Top soil was added to the site to cover the waste and the modern offices were built on top. Before that it was site of the Dawley Wall farm and gravel pit, and before that it was seat of John Bennet, 1st Baron Ossulston.
The estate was developed by Stanhope plc and designed by Arup Group from 1985.

Transport

The park is well served by public transport, by three local buses: routes A10, 350 and U5. It is also shown on the platform signage at West Drayton railway station.

VAR HQ

Since 2018, the Premier League's video assistant referee operation has been run from IMG Studios, the home of Premier League Productions, a joint venture between IMG and the Premier League.
