Stevens Creek (Ontario)

Stevens Creek is a stream in Ontario, Canada. It begins at its most westerly point at the Rideau River in Kars, Ontario. In North Gower, another smaller unnamed stream splits off from Stevens Creek that heads north. The main portion of Stevens Creek continues west to Marlborough before dissolving off into the marsh.
Stevens Creek was named for Roger Stevens, a British spy who drowned there in 1793.
Prior to closing in 2016, there was a small shop named Stevens Creek, after the river. It was situated on the north bank of the river between McCordick Road and Fourth Line Road. The current tenant of the building is the Marlborough Pub.
