Simone Bertière


Simone Bertière - writer from France. She was born on October 7, 1926 in Lyon. She graduated from the École normale supérieure de jeunes filles. She was awarded the Prix Maison de la Presse, the Biography award of the Académie française, the Pierre Lafue Prize, the Hugues-Capet Prize, the Ambassadors' Prize, the Prix Chateaubriand, the Knight of the Legion of Honour.
