Seben
Seben is a town and a district of Bolu Province in the Black Sea region of Turkey, 56 km south of the town of Bolu. It covers an area of 682 km², and the population is 8,871 of which 4,334 live in the town of Seben. The mayor is Süleyman Özbağ.
