banana leaves

grill
. It is

Malaysian
fish cake
. The main
ingredients
of sata are
grated
coconut
,
sardines
,
ginger
,
onions
and
chili peppers
.
Sata is not to be
confused
with
satay
, another
dish
popular
in
Malaysia
.
