SPI International BV is a privately-owned international media company based in the Netherlands. It operates 35 television channels on five continents, with 45 million subscribers.

Mediabox Broadcasting International - themed television channels such as FightBox HD and FashionBox HD, also based in the UK.
Kino Polska TV - Polish movie channel and production company which also owns Cyfrowe Repozytorium Filmowe and 41.04% of Stopklatka TV, another film channel.
Cable Networks Television & Partners is a joint venture with Polish cable operators to produce Zoom TV, a lifestyle channel.
History

In 2019 SPI bought Film1 from Sony Pictures Television. Film1 operates movie channels in the Netherlands including Film1 Action, Film1 Drama, Film1 Family and Film1 Premiere.
