SALT District
The SALT District is located in the Near Westside neighborhood of Syracuse, NY. The neighborhood is the focus of a number of community revitalization efforts directed by the Near Westside Initiative, a 5013 not-for-profit organization supported by Syracuse University. The acronym SALT, which references Syracuse's nickname, stands for "Syracuse, Art, Literacy, Technology".
