Russneft
Russneft is a Russian oil company and one of the largest producers of oil products in the country.
The company operates two refineries - one in Orsk and in Krasnodar. Combined they had a capacity of, as well as 100 petrol stations. Russneft is also an oil producer, producing around 14 million tonnes of crude oil in 2008, with recoverable reserves of of oil and of natural gas. It also owns an oil terminal with a transit capacity of 7 million tonnes per year.
In addition, Russneft holds a controlling stake in Slavneft, which owns the Mozyr Refinery in Belarus with a capacity of, and the YaNOS Yaroslavl Refinery with a capacity of.
In May 2010, the company's major shareholder Mikhail Gutseriyev announced that Russneft and Bashneft will merge in two or three years.
In November 2016, Russneft raised US$502 million in an IPO on the Moscow Stock Exchange, selling 20% of its ordinary shares.
