Rupert Law, 9th Baron Ellenborough
Rupert Edward Henry Law, 9th Baron Ellenborough, is a British hereditary peer.
Law was educated at Eton College. He succeeded to the peerage upon the death of his father Richard Law, 8th Baron Ellenborough, in 2013.
He was commissioned as an officer into the Coldstream Guards serving several tours in Northern Ireland and promoted to the rank of Major.
Law has since managed investments for Coutts & Co, Matheson Investment Ltd, Prudential Bache, Fortis Private Investment Management, Williams de Broe, and presently Investec Wealth & Investment, where he is a Senior Investment Director and Chartered FCSI.
Law married the Hon. Grania Janet Gray Boardman, a daughter of Tom Boardman, Baron Boardman, in 1981. They have three children.Arms
