Roxborough is a town in Trinidad and Tobago, Located at the southern shore of the Island of Tobago, it has a population of 2,089.History
The settlement was named after the cocoa plantation Roxborough Estate. In 1876, slave riots took place in that plantation. These were called Belmanna riots, named after the local Police chief. Many slaves became arsonists for many buildings of that area.
