Rohit Viswanath
Rohit Viswanath is a journalist and deputy editor of Tattvāloka.
He was associated with the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations, an Indian think-tank, where he managed the Strategic and Economic Capacity Building Project.
As a journalist Viswanath has written editorial pages for The Times of India. He commented on foreign policy, international relations, political economy and business. He was the recipient of the CNN Young Journalist of the Year Award in 2006.
Rohit holds a master's degree in International Relations. An Indologist by training, he has participated in the archaeological excavations at Gilund, an important site of the Ahar-Banas Chalcolithic civilisation in Rajasthan, India.
Rohit is the founder of the Parallel Government that has adopted resolution for 'Sampurna Svarajya', through which he aims to empower citizens with absolute freedom and thereby bring forth the Age of Enlightenment. Towards this goal, he has joined Tattvāloka, a subsidiary of the Sri Sringeri Sharada Peetham, which has launched the 'Onward March to Rama Rajya' movement.
