Roger Brard


Roger Brard - Corps de l'armement and teacher from France. He was born on June 17, 1907 in Pontivy and died on July 17, 1977 in Neuilly-sur-Seine. He graduated from the ENSTA Paris, the École polytechnique. He was awarded the Knight of the Legion of Honour, the Commander of the Legion of Honour, the Officer of the Order of Maritime Merit, the Officer of the Legion of Honour.
