Richard Baloyi
Masenyani Richard Baloyi was the Minister of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs under South African President Jacob Zuma, from 2009-14. Before, he was Minister of Public Service and Administration in Kgalema Motlanthe's cabinet.
