Rhodes Waterside


Rhodes Waterside is located in the suburb of Rhodes, New South Wales. The centre's anchor tenants include IKEA, a Reading 8-cinema complex, Coles supermarket and Target. There are also about 100 speciality shops, professional offices and a medical centre.
The shopping centre opened on 2 December 2004 as part of the Rhodes Waterside development, which also includes medium density residential blocks and an office building as part of the shopping centre. The centre was acquired by the Mirvac Group in January 2007, and is now owned and operated by Mirvac.

Access and Transport

is the railway station closest to the centre. Vehicle access is available from either direction of travel on Homebush Bay Drive in one direction and Concord Road in the other.
