Ramón Escovar Salom


Ramón Escovar Salom - lawyer and politician from Venezuela. He was born on July 23, 1926 in Barquisimeto and died on September 9, 2008 in Caracas. He graduated from the Central University of Venezuela. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic.
