Rafael Estrada y Arnáiz - writer and naval officer from Spain. He was born on October 24, 1884 in Ferrol and died on October 18, 1956 in Madrid. He was awarded the Grand Cross of Naval Merit with white badge, the Grand Cross of the Military Merit - White Decoration.
