President of the Canadian Space Agency
President of the Canadian Space Agency is the title of the head of the Canadian Space Agency. The current President is Sylvain Laporte who has been incumbent since March of 2015. In April 2020, he announced that he was leaving the Canadian Space Agency.History
On March 1st 1989, the Canadian Space Agency was founded. Larkin Kerwin was appointed as the first President of the Canadian Space Agency until he was succeeded by Roland Doré after 3 years in the role.
