Piper Ritter


Piper Marten Ritter is an American, former collegiate right-handed softball pitcher, originally from Farmington, New Mexico. Ritter played for the Minnesota Gophers softball team from 2001-04, being named a 4-time All-Big Ten Conference honoree and the school career leader in WHIP. She is the current Head Coach at Minnesota.

Ritter served as an assistant coach at Minnesota for 13 seasons under 4 different head coaches.
On May 3, 2020, Piper Ritter was announced as the new head coach of the Minnesota softball program.
