On 3 November 2015, the Government of Bangladesh appointed Masud Bin Momen as ambassador and Permanent Representative of Bangladesh to the United Nations. He replaced Dr. AK Abdul Momen. The mission observed Pahela Baishakh, Bengali New Year, in 2018 at its headquarters in New York City.Important personals
