Per Fischer


Per Fischer - university teacher and journalist from Germany. He was born on January 3, 1923 in Christiania and died on December 7, 1999 in Bonn. He was awarded the Great Silver Medal with Star for Services to the Republic of Austria, the Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
