Nearby communities are the boroughs of Everett, Hopewell, Marklesburg, Saxton, Woodbury, and populated places Curryville, Loysburg, Mount Dallas, Puttstown, Riddlesburg, and Stonerstown. The Game Lands are along the slopes of Tussey Mountain.
