SGL 110 consists of one parcel located in Bethel, Tilden, Upper Bern and Upper Tulpehocken Townships in Berks County, and in Wayne and West Brunswick Townships in Schuylkill County. Portions of SGL 110 straddles Blue Mountain. The Schuylkill River bisects SGL 110 and the Little Schuylkill River meets with the Schuylkill in the Game Lands. Little Swatara Creek has its headwaters within the Game Lands. All tributaries lead to the Schuylkill River, which is part of the Delaware River watershed. Other nearby protected areas include Pennsylvania State Game Lands 80, 106, 160, 222, and 286, Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, Karcher Creek Park, Leaser Lake Park, and Sweet Arrow Lake County Park. The Appalachian National Scenic Trail passes through SGL 110.
