Paxilline
Paxilline is a potassium channel blocker. Paxilline is a toxic, tremorgenic indole alkaloid produced by Penicillium paxilli . Paxilline was found to significantly extend the lifespan healthspan and mobility of C. elegans aged worms, but had no such effect on young worms.
