Parahoplitidae
Parahoplitidae is an extinct family of Cretaceous ammonites with stoutly ribbed, compressed, generally involute shells lacking or with only minor tubercles included in the Deshayestoidea, a superfamily now separated from the Hoplitacaceae.The family contains two subfamilies and eight genera.
