Norman H. Smith
Norman H. Smith is a retired lieutenant general in the United States Marine Corps who served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower and Reserve Affairs from 1989 to 1991. He also served as commander of the 3rd Marine Division from 1987 to 1989. Smith is an alumnus of the University of Arkansas.
