Norbert Wójtowicz - heraldist from Poland. He was born on December 1, 1972 in Płock. He graduated from the University of Wrocław. He was awarded the Medal of the National Education Commission, the Bronze Cross of Merit, the Order of Saint Lazarus, the Pro Patria Medal, the Pro Memoria Medal, the Bronze Medal of Merit for National Defence.
