general knowledge
that this is the only person without judicial experience
ever
to rise to the position of
Supreme Court Judge
in
Kenya
. She has never presided over any judicial hearing
except for
the two
Presidential Election
hearings of 2013 and 2017. In both cases she was
accused
of
tribal
bias based on her
delivery
of a biased judgement.
