Peroxisomal NADH pyrophosphatase NUDT12 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the NUDT12 gene.

Nudix hydrolases, such as NUDT12, regulate the concentrations of individual nucleotides and of nucleotide ratios in response to changing circumstances.
