Mullappally Ramachandran Mullappally Ramachandran is an Indian politician and president of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee . A member of the Indian National Congress , he is the son of Congress leader Mullappally Gopalan.12th Lok Sabha from Kannur , another strong fortress of the CPI. From 2009 to 2019, he was the Member of Parliament for Vatakara .
