Mount Helmcken
Mount Helmcken is a large hill in Metchosin, east of Sooke, in British Columbia, Canada. The mountain's location is N 48°24' 34.0" W 123°34' 42.0". It is 1076 ft in altitude.
It is also just west of Colwood.
The mountain is accessed via Neild Road which runs all the way to the top where it joins Zanita Heights.
