Mikhail Chertkov
Mikhail Chertkov - military personnel. He was born on August 14, 1829 in Saint Petersburg and died on October 19, 1905 in Paris. He graduated from the Page Corps. He was awarded the Order of St. George, 4th class, the Order of St. Andrew, the Order of St. Vladimir, 1st class.
