Mike Jensen


Mike Lindemann Jensen, is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for the Cypriot club APOEL.

Club career

He is the son of former Brøndby IF player Henrik Jensen. He won the 2006 Danish under-19 Player of the Year award, and made his Brøndby IF first team debut in April 2006.
In October 2015, Jensen won the Norwegian league Tippeligaen with Rosenborg. One month later, In November, Rosenborg secured the Norwegian double, when Jensen scored the last goal against Sarpsborg 08 in the Norwegian Football Cup-finale of 2015. Rosenborg won the finale 2–0.
In 2019 Jensen announced that he was considering either finishing his career with Rosenborg or return to Brøndby after his contract expired.
On 11 January 2020, Jensen signed a contract with APOEL to 2021.

International career

In May 2018 he was named in Denmark’s preliminary 35-man squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia but did not make the final 23.
