Michel de Saint-Pierre


Michel de Saint-Pierre - writer and French Resistance fighter from France. He was born on February 12, 1916 in Blois and died on June 19, 1987 in Saint-Pierre-du-Val. He was awarded the Médaille militaire, the Croix de guerre 1939–1945, the Médaille de la Résistance, the Grand Prix du roman de l'Académie française, the Croix du combattant volontaire 1939–1945, the Montyon Prize - Literary, the Prix des libraires.
