Mensur Maeruf


Mensur Maeruf is an Eritrean football referee.
He became a FIFA referee in 2008. He has officiated at the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, beginning with the Group I match between Libya and Cameroon, as well as the 2012 CECAFA Cup.
