Members of the New South Wales Legislative Council, 1861–1864
This is a list of members of the New South Wales Legislative Council from 1861 to 1864. On 3 September 1861 the Governor appointed a new Legislative Council following the mass resignation and prorogue of the previous Council on 13 May 1861; members were appointed to the new Council for life. This list includes members between 3 September 1861 and the beginning of the 1864–65 colonial election on 22 November 1864.
