Marek Rosa
Marek Rosa is a Slovak video game producer and designer. Rosa is known as the CEO, CTO and founder of Keen Software House, an independent game development studio that produces the games Miner Wars, Medieval Engineers,
and Space Engineers.
Rosa gained notoriety mostly after the success of the studio’s third title, Space Engineers, a sandbox game that was launched in October 2013 into Steam Early Access and sold more than 1 million copies in its first year.
In January 2014, Rosa expanded Keen Software House’s area of interest to general artificial intelligence. On July 7, 2015 Marek Rosa announced GoodAI, his company in general artificial intelligence research and development. Marek Rosa contributed $10 million to the budget for the general artificial intelligence company, which he expects will run for 10+ years.
