M. K. Raghavan


M. K. Raghavan is an Indian Politician and a Member of 17th Lok Sabha.
He represents the Kozhikode Lok Sabha constituency of Kerala. He belongs to Indian National Congress. He was the General Secretary of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee. He was born to Krishnan Nambiar and Janaki Amma on 21 April 1952 at Payyannur, Kerala.
During Indian General Elections, 2009 his party fielded three dummy candidates by the same name that of its opponents to divert his votes. It was challenged in Kerala High Court.
Currently he was selected as Chairman, Divisional Railway Committee of Palakkad Division.
In 2019 he was caught demanding bribes and confessing to other crimes during a sting operation conducted by Tv9 bharatvarsh.
