Lyctocoridae


Lyctocoridae is a family of bugs, formerly classified within the minute pirate bugs of the family Anthocoridae.

Habitat and behavior

Species mostly feed on other small soft-bodied arthropods.

Systematics

Recent phylogenetic work supports the treatment of Lyctocoridae as a family separate from Anthocoridae, as well as the recognition of the family Lasiochilidae.
